Bit harsh, Finn. You might be spot on about McCall's shortcomings, but at the tiime he was definitely seen as "the next big thing" in management, an up and coming star in the making. I think he was the one to go for in many people's opinion. Too bad things don't always turn out the way we hope or expect...
