After a close fought victory over Aberdeen at the weekend United will look to continue their unbeaten run when we entertain Hibs at Tannadice tomorrow evening. United had to defend for their lives on Saturday as Aberdeen gave it everything in the last fifteen to twenty minutes but we held firm and just about managed to hold on for a big victory.

Francesco Sandaza has recovered from a knock picked up during the Aberdeen game whilst Jon Daly is expected to be fit for Saturday’s game at Kilmarnock. The midfield area could possibly be freshened up with Danny Swanson and Prince Buaben being possible starters.

Two goals in each half for Steven Fletcher was enough for Hibs to get the win. Lee Wilkie equalised on the stroke of half time but despite creating a hatful of chances in the second half United found Ma-Kalamby in fine form as he denied Fran Sandaza in particular on numerous occasions.

It’s safe to say where their danger going to come from. Steven Fletcher looks likely to miss this one so that’s a massive blow for Hibs chances. Derek Riordan is still finding his feet at his second spell at the club but only a fool would under estimate Riordan on his day. Hibs main threat may come from set pieces with Colin Nish being pretty good in the air.
