    I thought this would be a good post to sticky. Hopefully, most people will know the information and where to find it but it couldn't hurt could it to have them on here?


    NHS Choice - https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/suicide/ has all the contact numbers you need it's a good webpage to have bookmarked on your phone encase you need it when your out and about.

    Samaritans - 116 123 Phone line is open 24/7 and is FREE to use as the website says you don't need to be suicidal to call them.
    You can also Email or Write to Samaritans. Also if you feel you can do so their is a local drop-in centre for Samaritans in Dundee (Using Dundee as that's the majority of where the posters this forum are from ) on the Old Glamis Road.


    Breathing Space - http://breathingspace.scot/ You can call Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87.
    Breathing space is open Monday to Thursday 6pm until 2am and then on Saturday to Sunday between 6pm and 6am


    CALM - CALM are Campaign against living Miserable which is a helpline set up to combat suicide being the highest killer among Men aged 45 and below.
    You can Phone CALM on 0800 58 58 58
    CALM also run a webchat where you can talk anonymously via a chat box to a helper about how your feeling.

    PAPYRUS which is Prevention of young suicide.
    PAYPRUS number is 0800 068 4141
    PAYPRUS also have a text number 07786 209697

    It’s wholly appropriate HA. Suicide amongst young scottish men is a major problem and rising, lots of young scottish men watch footie = therefore the more openness and information about suicide & depression is a good thing in my book, well done HA

    Pleased to say i've been offered a new full time Job

    References pending.

    I'll be working Alternative Saturday mornings now so might mean I get less time to get down to Tannadice (might be a bonus right now )

    First time I've had to go to a job interview for a Joinery position in a while and do a competency test to prove I knew how to do the job.
